You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When posting a listing, you agree that you:

• Own or have the right to sell the item or property listed
• Will provide accurate, truthful descriptions and photos
• Will not post prohibited items (weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal services)
• Will not post duplicate or spam listings
• Will honor the price and terms stated in your listing

You may not use ListingPro to:

• Conduct fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Scrape or redistribute our content without permission
• Circumvent any security measures
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Basic listing is free. Premium features are subject to fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

ListingPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify listing accuracy or guarantee transaction quality. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
